What if the item is damaged in between the agreement period?

In case of any other technical issues, technical support will be within 48 working hours of raising complaint. And this time will be counted as down time…
Is there any security deposit required & Can I return the product if I don’t like?
No, There is no security deposit required however one signed copy of address proof (Aadhaar/Voter id/ Passport/ Driving license) is required to process the order.
You can raise a request to return the product on the day of the delivery before EOD. In suchcases complete refund will be made after deduction of delivery cost.
